This incubator is a 16-thousandth version of an industrial incubator, designed mainly for the farm segment with the ability to connect equipment to the 380V network and is designed for 8064 chicken eggs.
The function of this model is to produce eggs of chickens, ducks, geese and other birds in optimal conditions for each species. The device is an equipment equipped with heating elements, a humidification and cooling system, a trolley with a mechanism for turning trays, as well as a system for maintaining a microclimate in the chamber.
The material of the case is "sandwich panels", their thickness is 45mm. The Cabinet frame is made of stainless steel.
The Cabinet contains a control unit. It is used to control the microclimate. Electronics performs a comparative analysis of the current values with the specified parameters. If there are deviations, the unit sends commands to stabilize the processes of maintaining parameters inside the Cabinet, heating, humidifying or cooling.
The trays are rotated automatically by 45 degrees in two directions. The rotation angle can be adjusted according to the period, depending on the type of eggs and their maturation conditions. The incubation Cabinet is not only used for single-stage loading.
